Since the documents, included in this inventory, differed in terms of enormous time scattering 1764-1941 - and by sufficiently diverse thematic, it was necessary to consider the principle of the construction of inventory, which would arrange both the archivist and users. Compilers attempted to group materials according to the subject sign, although they realized, which it will be impossible to conduct this line consecutively for them completely. Nevertheless, in the inventory it is possible to conditionally mark the following divisions: common questions and the questions, which are concerned life and way of life of colonists; documents on the history of population; statistical evidence also of different kind lists; documents on the history of churches and being concerned religious cults; documents on the history of public education; documents on the history of culture, people creation, literature; materials on the regional study; leaflet, newspaper, manuscripts; the work of the individual authors and information about them.
